Do you offer combined shipping?
Yes, we offer combined shipping. Because I don't stock everything I sell, I have no way of knowing what each item weights so the shipping shown is flat rate for the size of the item. If you order more than one item, I will put as many items in a flat rate box as possible and only charge you that one shipping price. Also, when I get your package ready for shipping, I will check shipping prices from other sources once I have an exact weight and I will ship it the cheapest way available and refind you the difference.

What if I am local and don't need my item shipped?
Then just send your order via email to us and we will make arrangements for you to pick it up.

When will my item be shipped?
If we have the item in stock it will be shipped in 7-10 days after receiving your payment. Because we are unable to stock everything we sell, if we have to order the product it will take 10-15 days after receiving your payment.

What if I am not satisfied with my products?
If it is a product that we are able to email a proof to you, the product will not be created until you approve it. If it is not something that can be proofed, we offer a full money back guarantee less the shipping cost.

What if I want a character theme of specific theme?
We can do just about any theme that you want. Just email us with your request and we will let you know what we can do.

What format do you need my photos?
The best format is png, tiff or gif. It should be a good clear photo with good resolution. Preferably 200 or 300 ppi. If you aren't sure if the picture is clear enough, email it to us and we will check it before you order and let you know if it is a clear enough photo.

Do I need a Pay Pal account?
No! Our website will process your credit card payment through the PayPal® credit card processing system whether you have a PayPal account of your own or not. If you are local, you can just send us an email and we will make payment arrangements with you so you don't have to use PayPal.

Can I ship to another address?
Yes! We would be more than happy to ship directly to the gift recipient. Just be sure to let us know where to ship during the confirmation email.

How do I personalize products?
Go through the normal purchasing process and then email your photo and other choices (fonts, colors, etc) to me and I will create your product and send you a proof. If you have any changes we will make them. After you have approved the item from the proof, we will then create it.
